Business Analyst Team Leader

Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience in a Business Analyst role, including leading and developing teams.
• Demonstrable experience delivering business transformation, process improvement and change initiatives.
• Strong SAP ERP knowledge, including experience supporting or configuring business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping and translating business needs into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and customer service.
• Desirable: experience working on ERP implementation, migration or integration projects.
• Desirable: industry-recognised Business Analysis or Business Process qualification.
• Desirable: experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Desirable: exposure to post-acquisition integration projects and organisational change programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality business analysis services across the Group.
• Partner with stakeholders at all levels to identify business challenges, define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support strategic business transformation projects, including process optimisation, ERP enhancements, acquisitions and system integrations.
• Drive business process re-engineering initiatives and digital transformation programmes to improve operational efficiency.
• Champion best practice business analysis methodologies, tools and standards across the organisation.
• Work closely with IT, programme teams and business leaders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations and stakeholder engagement activities to gain alignment and drive change adoption.
• Support testing and implementation activities to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and successfully embedded within the business.
