ServiceNow Architect

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect or Technical Architect within enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and ecosystem
• Strong experience across ServiceNow implementation, configuration, integration and platform design
• Knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules and workflows such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or related platform capabilities
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, data architecture and security
• Experience establishing ServiceNow governance, architectural standards and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ServiceNow architecture or technical certifications would be highly desirable
• UK citizenship is required for this engagement
• Immediate or short-term availability is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Own and define the overall ServiceNow platform architecture for complex enterprise environments
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
• Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow implementations, integrations and platform enhancements
• Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, developers and technical teams to translate requirements into effective platform solutions
• Define integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and other integration methods
• Ensure platform governance, performance, security, scalability and technical standards
• Review solution designs and provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies and opportunities for platform optimisation

We are looking for 2 experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects for an immediate UK-based contract engagement supporting an end-client project. This is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension, and it is a replacement requirement where candidates who can join quickly will be strongly preferred. This is a UK remote position.
