Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Campaign Deployment Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Multiple experience of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and campaign deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
• Strong AMPscript and/or SSJS scripting capability for dynamic content and personalisation logic.
• Experience with SQL in SFMC for data segmentation, data extension population, and reporting queries.
• Familiarity with Einstein AI tools and Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) is advantageous.
• Proven track record of managing full campaign lifecycle from brief through to live deployment and post-campaign analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining delivery roadmaps in agile or sprint-based delivery environments.
• Strong QA discipline and release sign-off processes.
• Familiarity with email deliverability principles, including IP warming, sender reputation management, bounce and suppression handling.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to operate confidently at C-suite or Director level.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior client stakeholders in a consulting or agency environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups while maintaining delivery momentum.

Responsibilities:

• Join a high-profile client engagement as a senior onshore resource.
• Act as a client-facing lead with direct accountability to client stakeholders.
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaign deployment work with both technical depth and strategic communication.
• Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from brief through live deployment and post-campaign analysis.
• Build and maintain delivery roadmaps in agile or sprint-based delivery environments.
• Apply strong QA discipline and support release sign-off processes.
• Work across senior client stakeholders and multiple stakeholder groups while maintaining delivery momentum.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
• Present to and influence senior client stakeholders in a consulting or agency environment.

We are offering an exciting opportunity with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients for an initial six-month contract. The role is based in London, with onsite attendance three to five times a week, and is available at up to £455 per day. The start date is within the next two weeks, and the contract is inside IR35.
