Technical Lead

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience across modern workplace and endpoint technologies
• Good knowledge of managing both Microsoft and Apple environments
• Commercial awareness and comfort working with senior stakeholders
• Ability to set technical direction while maintaining hands-on credibility
• Experience in a customer-focused technology environment would be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Take technical ownership of the function and help shape its future direction
• Raise standards across service design and delivery
• Provide technical guidance
• Support customer conversations
• Identify opportunities to improve services across the wider customer base
• Influence technical direction while remaining close to the technology
