Platform Engineer (AWS and Azure)

Salary: £45,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• A strong academic record with a 2.1 or above in Computer Science or a closely related subject from a well-ranked university
• Expertise in computer networking, Azure and/or AWS operations, and infrastructure as code (IaC), and CI/CD
• Experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins would be ideal
• Coding skills in Python, preferably with some exposure to JavaScript and Java
• A solid understanding of IT security principles
• Full existing UK work permission without time limit or the need for sponsorship

Responsibilities:

• Expand and manage cloud infrastructure and automation
• Take ownership of server management and security compliance
• Work across the full software stack
• Contribute to the success of the team in a platform engineering role
• Build experience across AWS, Azure, and our own servers
