Sr Marketing Cloud Analyst

Salary: £57,000 - 97,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have a bachelors degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• We have at least 4-5 years of experience working with SFDC Marketing Cloud/Exact Target marketing automation tools.
• We have experience developing and deploying marketing automation with an emphasis on process, detail, data security, privacy, and accuracy.
• We have working knowledge of HTML to update or enhance marketing campaigns and content.
• We have Marketing Cloud AMPScript familiarity and experience.
• We have working knowledge of SQL to build Data Extensions.
• We have knowledge of acquisition and retention-based marketing campaign management and outbound email program administration.
• We have working knowledge of Salesforce.com for sales and marketing functions.
• We have familiarity with Agile software development methodology and its benefits.
• We have knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle.
• We can work in a deadline-focused, dynamic environment and consistently produce deliverables within agreed timelines.
• We can analyze business processes, design process improvements, and train business users on new processes.
• We are self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team players capable of managing several activities simultaneously.
• We have excellent communication skills.
• We can rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Experience in the healthcare, pharma, or medical device industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• We lead requirements-gathering meetings with global marketing, customer care, and other departments to define new campaign requirements.
• We translate business requirements into technical requirements for campaign development and execution.
• We perform ongoing maintenance of existing campaigns in Marketing Cloud.
• We anticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately.
• We serve as a contact for technical Marketing Cloud questions.
• We maintain proper documentation for workflow processes, testing, and standard operating procedures in accordance with business requirements.
• We communicate effectively with business users on the status of enhancements, projects, and open production support tickets.
• We build reports and/or assist the marketing team with data demonstrating campaign ROI.
• We focus on campaign logic and implementation rather than actual content creation, while using knowledge of HTML forms and page layouts as needed.
• We stay abreast of current technology and seek out new tools that can be utilized appropriately.
