Requirements:
  • We look for 5+ years of experience shipping autonomy / AV features end-to-end, from concept and integration through validation and release.
  • We look for strong systems thinking and the ability to assess how platform changes affect downstream development, data, tooling, and operations.
  • We look for strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to challenge respectfully across teams up to leadership.
  • We look for a track record of coordinating cross-functional execution across multiple teams to deliver complex, interdependent programs.
  • We look for 2+ years of hands-on experience with embedded platforms, including direct involvement in architecture, development, and validation.
  • We look for someone who thrives in fast-paced, iterative environments with evolving priorities and brings momentum and calm without unnecessary process.

  • We look for a bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • We prefer experience owning or scaling developer / operations tooling and processes in complex hardware and software environments.
  • We prefer exposure to data feedback loops, data collection, and fleet operations in AV contexts.
  • We prefer prior experience working with external customers or partner programs and translating needs into productized workflows.
  • We prefer familiarity with automotive real-time environments, AI compute platforms, and sensors.
Responsibilities:
  • We own and evolve the roadmap for development and experimentation vehicle platform features.
  • We gather and prioritize requirements across engineering, program management, and internal customers, then translate them into clear workflows, specs, and measurable success criteria.
  • We define and track platform product KPIs and maintain a cohesive view of current capabilities and what comes next.
  • We make product tradeoffs and manage stakeholder expectations across teams with competing priorities.
  • We reduce time to debug, deploy experiments, and access data by improving tooling and processes.
  • We drive reuse and scalability of capabilities across reference vehicles and customer programs and minimize one-off configurations.
  • We improve consistency between internal development environments and customer-operated workflows.
