Front End Angular Developer

Salary: £120,000 - 160,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require advanced-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation experience for applications and databases.
• We require strong experience integrating third-party products, data sources, APIs, and services.
• We require the ability to translate technical specifications into code for complex new or enhancement projects.
• We require experience writing programs, developing code, testing artifacts, and producing reports.
• We require software development techniques that support test automation.
• We require experience leading backend optimization for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• We require a strong understanding of software development methodology and development architecture standards.
• We require experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Java, S3 Buckets, Lambda, ECS, Kong, Cypress, and TypeScript.
• We require experience with front-end technologies including Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, AEM, GraphQL, SSR, NgRX, Jest, and SCSS.
• We require experience with backend technologies including Spring Boot, Java, OpenTelemetry, HoneyComb, Liquibase, and REST APIs.
• We require experience with cloud and AWS services including S3 Buckets, Lambda, ECS, SQS/SNS, CloudFront, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudFormation.
• We require experience with networking tools including AKAMAI, NGINX, Kong, Okta, and Auth0.
• We require experience with DevOps and tooling such as GitHub Actions.
• We require experience with testing tools including Cypress and AWS.
• We require the ability to comply with information technology and information security policies and procedures.
• We require the ability to work in a hybrid model and be in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Responsibilities:

• We provide senior-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases.
• We integrate third-party products.
• We translate technical specifications into code for complex new or enhancement projects for internal clients.
• We write programs, develop code, test artifacts, and produce reports.
• We use software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in support of automation.
• We lead backend system optimization efforts to ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness under varying workloads.
• We spearhead the integration of multiple data sources, APIs, and services to streamline data flow and improve system efficiency.
• We oversee the creation and upkeep of detailed backend documentation.
• We advocate and implement best practices for security, data protection, and backend resilience.
• We collaborate with front-end teams to design backend interfaces that support seamless user experiences.
• We elevate code into development, test, and production environments on schedule.
• We provide follow-up production support.
• We submit change control requests and documentation.
• We train and mentor staff with less experience.
• We resolve elevated issues.
• We participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle.
• We explain technical considerations in related meetings, including those with internal clients.
• We perform systems analysis activities.
• We interface with cross-functional team members and communicate systems issues at the appropriate technical level for each audience.
• We participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
