Support Engineer (SC Cleared)

Salary: £62,500 - 62,500 per year

Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance.
• Experience supporting Android devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and device lifecycle management.
• Strong first-line support and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with asset management, inventory tracking and CMDB updates.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and ITIL processes is desirable.
• Professional references required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure and deploy Android tablets using Microsoft Intune.
• Provide first-line support for device, application and connectivity issues.
• Support device lifecycle activities including provisioning, refreshes, replacements and decommissioning.
• Prepare, test and issue devices to end users.
• Maintain accurate asset, inventory and CMDB records.
• Support onboarding, floor-walking and rollout activities.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvements.

We are offering a £250/day role via Umbrella on a 3 month contract in Leiston, working onsite as part of an SCC Flex Contract. This hands-on opportunity is focused on supporting a large-scale Android tablet deployment and device management programme, with an emphasis on Microsoft Intune and end-user device support.
