Senior FX Product Manager - Hedging Conversion
Job Description
Salary: £75,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:- 4+ years of product management experience, including at least one role owning conversion, adoption, or engagement outcomes end to end
- Strong analytics and experimentation skills, including funnel analysis, cohort and retention analysis, and designing and interpreting A/B tests
- Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows, and the messaging that supports them
- Fluent English for daily collaboration with global commercial, tech, and Legal/Compliance/Risk stakeholders
- Prior FX or hedging experience is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with foreign exchange, hedging, or other asset classes is a plus
- Experience in fintech or regulated financial products is a plus
- Experience building internal or advisor-facing tooling alongside client-facing product is a plus
- Localisation awareness is a plus
- Own the end-to-end conversion journey into hedging, supported by a dedicated squad of developers
- Design journeys and lifecycle workflows that move clients from spot to hedge-active policy clients
- Build guided, staged journeys that deliver the right message to the right client at the right moment
- Create triggered workflows based on real events such as a new currency pair, a large invoice, a rate move, or a forward maturing
- Understand what separates clients who convert from those who do not, and build for those differences
- Develop decision tools that show clients their international business exposure in their own numbers and currencies
- Build exposure views, scenario and impact modelling, and MTM and forward comparisons that finance leads can act on without training
- Help clients answer whether they should hedge with confidence, while balancing simplicity and honesty about risk
- Provide CPMs with portfolio-level views of client exposure, trades, and performance so they can act proactively
- Surface signals that make conversations timely, including unhedged exposure, changing trade patterns, and policy lapses
- Learn from conversations that already convert clients and productise those patterns
- Turn first hedges into repeat hedging and standing hedging policies
- Build statements, notifications, and review moments that reinforce habit and prove value over time
- Run a cadence of A/B tests across the journey and read results honestly, including negative outcomes
