Salesforce Developer Lead

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with at least 7 to 10 years of team lead experience.
• Overall IT experience of at least 10 years is required.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and cloud development principles.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, and web service callouts.
• Hands-on experience in Classic development.
• Good knowledge of Lightning development fundamentals.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce security implementations and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript and JQuery.
• Extensive development experience building intuitive UI using Visualforce, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Extensive development experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Experience working directly with customers, including requirement gathering, technical discussions, technical demos, and project delivery.
• Experience working with Agile software development methodology.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong oral, written, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, and Sales Cloud Consultant are required.
• Good experience with data migration tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion within our teams and with clients.
• Review and provide guidance on design and infrastructure blueprints.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks.
• Develop solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools.
• Provide expertise across the software development life cycle, from concept, architecture, design, implementation, and testing.
• Write technical architecture documents.
• Ensure code reviews and development best practices and processes are followed.
• Plan the end-to-end technical scope of the project and customer engagement areas, including sprint and delivery planning.
• Estimate effort, identify risks, and provide technical support whenever needed.
• Multitask and re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.
• Be ready to pick up technical work if required.

We are recruiting a Salesforce Lead Developer for our client in London. The role is based in the City of London and is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and some remote working possible. This is a permanent full-time role in the I.T. & Communications sector, with a salary range of 60,000 to 75,000.
