M365 Technical Architect

Salary: £46,000 - 86,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects, particularly tenant-to-tenant migrations, ideally within SMB or mid-market environments.
• Experience across several of the following: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Copilot, PowerShell.
• Previous experience working for a Microsoft Partner, MSP, or consultancy would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions for customers.
• Deliver tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations.
• Migrate on-premises environments to Microsoft 365.
• Run technical workshops and customer discovery sessions.
• Produce technical designs and implementation documentation.
• Act as the senior technical lead on customer engagements.
• Support governance, security, and best practice across Microsoft 365 environments.
