Capacity Management Lead, Forward Deployed Engineering

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
• 5 years of experience staffing project teams, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Experience with capacity planning models.
• Experience in staffing and forecasting in fractional staffing models.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with strategy and operations and AI Tech Go-To-Market leadership to create best practices for staffing and utilization management.
• Lead weekly staffing meetings with forward deployed engineering leadership teams and ensure supply and demand forecasts are accurate.
• Match forward deployed engineers with projects based on skill set, availability, timezone, and other constraints.
• Partner with team leadership to manage assigned forward deployed engineers utilization, bandwidth, and well-being.
• Develop new metrics for tracking staffing efficiency.
