Vice President, AI Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
• Experience in software development with additional experience on AI-based frameworks
• Strong analytical and algorithmic problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, statistical methods, and AI techniques
• Ability to design scalable AI systems and architectures
• Strong logical reasoning and mathematical thinking
• Exposure to AI-assisted experimentation and evaluation frameworks
• Experience translating business problems into algorithmic solutions
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex concepts

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions to solve complex enterprise data and analytics problems
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured AI/ML approaches and algorithms
• Build scalable architectures for AI solutions, including model pipelines, data processing, and decision systems
• Collaborate with platform, data, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems
• Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI methodologies and frameworks to improve solution effectiveness
• Document solution design, assumptions, and algorithms for enterprise adoption
