Product Owner

Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• We help shape, prioritise and deliver compliance platforms.
• We own the product direction at the delivery level.
• We translate customer, commercial and operational needs into clear, deliverable outcomes.
• We own, manage and prioritise the product backlog.
• We translate customer, commercial and operational requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• We work closely with engineering to guide delivery and resolve questions and priorities.
• We balance new features with technical debt, compliance requirements and operational improvements.
• We act as the day-to-day product decision-maker throughout delivery.
• We collaborate with commercial, operational and senior stakeholders to align priorities.
• We ensure delivered changes create measurable customer and commercial value.
• We support product launches and go-to-market activity.
• We maintain a clear connection between product strategy, roadmap priorities and engineering delivery.

We are seeking a Product Owner for a permanent hybrid role based in Knutsford, with 3 days on site and 2 days remote. This is a hands-on position focused on shaping compliance platforms and working closely with engineering and senior stakeholders to deliver customer, commercial and operational outcomes.
