Oracle ERP Finance Transformation Consultant

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Hands-on delivery with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, centred on Record-to-Report
• Understanding of Oracle finance programme components, including general ledger and accounting, consolidation and close in FCCS, and enterprise data and chart-of-accounts structures in EDMCS
• Familiarity with Oracle Subledger Accounting
• Experience using Oracles standard extensibility rather than custom modification
• Genuine Record-to-Report depth and finance process knowledge
• Understanding of enterprise structure, chart-of-accounts design, and finance master data
• Exposure to product costing or finance controls by design
• Ability to run workshops and status discussions
• Experience managing client expectations and timelines
• Structured, analytical problem-solving skills
• Clear communication under pressure
• Ability to build credible relationships with client stakeholders
• Appreciation of Oracles embedded Fusion AI and agents
• Ownership, follow-through, teamwork, and trusted client and colleague relationships
• Good judgement and critical thinking in ambiguous problems
• A professional finance or accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent industry experience
• Oracle certification
• Track record on complex Oracle Cloud ERP finance implementations from project preparation through to go-live

Responsibilities:

• Work on large-scale, business-led Oracle Cloud ERP finance transformations
• Sit with the clients finance team and turn their needs into a working Oracle design
• See the solution through to go-live
• Focus on Record-to-Report delivery, including the ledger, close, and reporting outcomes
• Configure and validate finance solutions
• Support the workstream around you
• Own your scope and follow it through
• Run workshops and status discussions
• Manage client expectations and timelines
• Apply AI-first delivery approaches, including agentic tooling and orchestration in design, analysis, and validation
• Help clients reinvent their finance functions with stronger performance, sharper insight, and better control
