Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering HR systems or SAP SuccessFactors projects
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with HR, Technology and third-party delivery teams
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionality and HR processes would be highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors enhancement and optimisation projects
• Engage with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise improvements
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate internal teams and external technology partners
• Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder communications
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of system improvements
• Manage budgets, resources and project deliverables
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and technology capabilities

We are offering a 12-month fixed term contract for an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager based in Liverpool with 4 days per week on-site, paying £60,000 to £70,000 plus excellent benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a portfolio of SAP SuccessFactors improvement initiatives within a large and complex organisation. We will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand current challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and oversee the delivery of enhancements across our SAP SuccessFactors platform. The role offers a competitive salary, 10% employer pension contribution, 27 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, the opportunity to influence and improve a mature SuccessFactors environment, and exposure to senior business and HR stakeholders. Interviews are taking place shortly, with an anticipated start date in Autumn 2026.
