Go To Market Engineer

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have experience within GTM, RevOps, SaaS, or commercial operations.
• We have worked with AI tools and automation in practical business contexts.
• We understand systems such as Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• We enjoy solving operational problems and improving workflows.
• We are collaborative, proactive, and curious about AI.
• We do not need to be a full-stack engineer; mindset, execution capability, and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities:

• We identify opportunities for AI and automation across the revenue organisation.
• We run workshops and collaborate with commercial stakeholders.
• We build AI agents, workflows, and automations connected to platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, and HubSpot.
• We create practical AI use cases that reduce admin work and increase customer-facing time.
• We support implementation, adoption, and scalability across teams.
• We help improve efficiency, reduce administrative work, and create scalable ways of working across the organisation.
