Agentic Outcome Engineer

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• We require strong engineering skills with Python, JavaScript/Node, TypeScript, or similar languages.
• We require strong experience with SEO, GEO, or content delivery systems.
• We require experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG systems, or workflow automation.
• We require the ability to interpret insights and translate them into actionable optimizations.
• We require excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Preferred: experience with AEM, Adobe Experience Platform, or Adobe Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• We apply Adobe Brand Visibility recommendations to improve brand consistency, visibility, and content quality.
• We translate insights into concrete changes to content, metadata, and digital experiences.
• We build tools and automations that streamline ingestion, onboarding, and application of ABV outputs.
• We design and refine intelligent agents that support the ABV lifecycle, such as content evaluators, metadata generators, and QA agents.
• We integrate ABV-powered agents with AEM, AEP, and customer systems via APIs and data pipelines.
• We implement safety and quality guardrails, fallback logic, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• We lead technical integration of ABV, including data mapping, workflow configuration, and resolving challenges.
• We provide hands-on support through setup, validation, optimization execution, and performance monitoring.
• We communicate technical concepts clearly to marketing, engineering, and executive partners.
• We define success metrics across visibility, consistency, CSAT, content quality, and task completion.
• We run experiments, analyze impact, and iterate based on performance data.
• We identify edge cases and optimization opportunities across customer workflows.
