Technofunctional Workforce Software Consultant

Salary: £42,000 - 52,500 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information systems, technology, business, finance, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with WorkForce Suite, including complex global time configuration
• Valid PT101 and PT102 certifications or TIMETECH certification required
• PT202 or TIME600 certification preferred
• Additional WorkForce Software certifications such as scheduling, reporting, integrations, or absence preferred
• Expertise in leading Time & Attendance implementations
• Advanced experience in Time & Attendance configuration
• Deep understanding of HCM to WorkForce integration needs
• Proficient in End of Period Processing and Payroll export
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and business processes
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to assess and optimize client systems using best practice recommendations
• Collaborative team player
• Skilled in creating and delivering impactful presentations
• Effective time management skills
• Mandatory skills in SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of WorkForce Suite solutions, specializing in Time and at least one additional module
• Collaborate with consultants, integration teams, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Communicate with clients and internal teams, including delivering presentations and conducting client workshops
• Create and maintain functional and technical design documents, test plans, and training materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WorkForce Suite configuration and integrations
• Facilitate knowledge transfer through customer, administrator, and end-user training sessions
• Mentor junior consultants through coaching, training, and quality reviews
• Stay updated on the latest WorkForce Suite enhancements and best practices
• Ensure quality control of deliverables and support practice activities
• Provide functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on WorkForce Suite products
• Represent our brand through internal and external presentations
