Professional Services Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are open to Junior, Mid-Level and Senior engineers, and the exact experience will depend on your level.
• Ideally, you have experience with some combination of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
• Ideally, you have experience with Azure and other cloud services.
• Ideally, you have experience with server infrastructure and virtualisation.
• Ideally, you have experience with networking, firewalls and connectivity.
• Ideally, you have experience with telephony, VoIP or unified communications.
• Ideally, you have experience with hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Ideally, you have experience with infrastructure migrations, upgrades or deployments.
• Ideally, you have experience delivering technical projects within an MSP or client-facing environment.
• For junior candidates, strong technical fundamentals and a genuine desire to move into project delivery are more important than full-stack experience.
• For senior candidates, we are looking for proven experience in solution design, project ownership and client-facing technical delivery.
• You are a problem solver who enjoys working on projects, learning new technologies and seeing a solution through from design to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Scope, design and deliver infrastructure projects.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Deliver projects across servers, networking, telephony, cloud and wider infrastructure.
• Design and implement hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Manage projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Produce technical documentation and project plans.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
