Senior Platform Engineer

Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD design and build using GitHub, Terraform, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting microservices and API-driven architectures.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, product-led organisations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our Engineering Manager to help develop our cloud platform and enable rapid, secure product delivery at scale.
• Take accountability for the reliability, scalability, and security of our Google Cloud Platform estate.
• Work across CI/CD, networking, security, AIOps, and observability within our multi-disciplinary platform function.
• Build a robust self-service platform that empowers our engineering squads.
• Help shape our platform strategy and champion automation.
• Play an integral role in the development of our future products.
• Drive engineering standards and enable teams to deliver securely and efficiently.
