Dayforce Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Proven Business Analyst experience on large-scale HR, Payroll, or HCM implementations.
• Strong payroll process expertise, preferably within UK payroll environments.
• Experience delivering Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar payroll implementations.
• Strong data migration experience.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements sessions.
• Exposure to payroll integrations and data interfaces.
• Experience supporting UAT and parallel payroll testing.
• Dayforce experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Support our greenfield Dayforce implementation programme.
• Lead payroll business requirements gathering and business readiness efforts.
• Support the full project deployment cycle.
• Contribute to payroll data migration initiatives.
• Support testing activities, including UAT and parallel payroll testing.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Work with complex stakeholder groups across the programme.

We are a leading organisation based in Bristol, and we are undertaking a greenfield Dayforce implementation programme. This is an initial 6-month contract, paid circa £500 outside IR35, with a hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week in Bristol. The role is due to start in September, and we are seeking someone available at short notice who can contribute to a major payroll transformation project.
