Senior Software Engineer Full Stack Developer

Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong C# and .NET experience
• Up-to-date Angular experience
• .NET Core experience
• Entity Framework experience
• Integration testing experience
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to hold both technical and non-technical conversations with key stakeholders

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work-based experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, ideally with a focus on media-related projects
• Strong working knowledge of standard software development frameworks, techniques, and methodologies
• Experience providing coaching and mentoring
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to the development of business scenarios
• Knowledge of software development tools and technologies
• Flexible and curious approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desirable: RxJS, Playwright, modernisation tooling or IBM i API integration approaches

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance modern cloud-based applications using Microsoft technologies
• Build scalable backend services with .NET Core and Entity Framework
• Create intuitive, high-performance user experiences using Angular and RxJS
• Improve the technical health of the platform by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, maintainability, and quality
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and QA in a highly agile environment
• Take ownership of technical decisions and help shape the future direction of the platform
• Lead by example and support the team through mentoring and coaching
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Work across the full technology stack on a business-critical fleet telematics platform
