Runbook Project Analyst

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

• We need confidence coordinating and directing senior, technical and operational stakeholders.
• We need excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• We need to be available to start within two weeks, ideally sooner.

Responsibilities:

• We take ownership of the established master migration runbooks.
• We review and understand complex task sequencing, dependencies, checkpoints and contingency actions.
• We coordinate the execution of runbooks across dress rehearsals and the live migration.
• We monitor activities, milestones and dependencies in real time.
• We give clear direction on when tasks should start, pause or stop.
• We identify delays, risks or conflicts and drive swift resolution.
• We manage escalation routes, checkpoint meetings and communications.
• We ensure rollback and contingency activities are understood and ready.
• We maintain accurate reporting throughout rehearsals, migration and post-migration support.
• We provide clear and timely updates to senior programme stakeholders.

We are supporting a leading UK wealth management business with the urgent appointment of an experienced Runbook Project Analyst for a major integration and migration programme. This is a critical, hands-on role based in London on a hybrid working basis and outside IR35. Comprehensive, professionally developed runbooks are already in place, so this role is focused on understanding, validating and coordinating their execution across a complex migration weekend. Personality and team fit are particularly important, and we are looking for someone approachable, collaborative and confident under pressure. This is an urgent requirement for an immediate start, and we are ideally looking for someone available within two weeks or sooner.
