Salary: £37,000 - 68,500 per year
Requirements:- Strong experience delivering data products, platforms or services within complex environments.
- Experience working alongside Data Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
- A proven track record of product leadership, roadmap management and prioritisation.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data modelling and governance principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.
- A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
- Consultancy, public sector or highly regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
- Lead the delivery of complex data products, platforms and services.
- Define product visions, roadmaps and priorities aligned to business goals and user needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive product direction and strategic decisions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product backlogs and outcomes.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data and analysis functions.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to deliver high-value solutions.
- Drive discovery, delivery and continuous improvement activities.
- Coach and support Product Managers while contributing to product best practice.
