Solution Architect - Warwick

Salary: £35,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need a technically capable software professional with a strong software engineering background.
• We need experience across the full software delivery lifecycle.
• We need experience with software architecture and solution design.
• We need an understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• We need experience with cloud, on-premise and hybrid architectures, APIs, middleware and microservices integration.
• We need the ability to develop technical specifications, network architecture documentation and other relevant documentation.
• We require SC Clearance, or eligibility to obtain SC Security Clearance.
• We require a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:

• We head technical strategy discussions with senior customer personnel.
• We lead and produce technical options papers as part of agreeing strategy.
• We provide consultancy advice to customers.
• We work with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to identify business challenges and opportunities where technology can add value.
• We assess existing software products and capabilities to determine where solutions can be reused, adapted or enhanced.
• We act as the bridge between software engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-focused outcomes.
• We collaborate with software teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable and aligned with customer needs.
• We support opportunities across the wider Group by identifying where existing capabilities can deliver value.
