Cloud Engineer and Client Account Manager

Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial IT support or Cloud Engineering experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Conditional Access, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Windows environments, networking fundamentals, router configuration, and firewall administration.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and infrastructure issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage our own workload.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
• Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is desirable.
• Microsoft or networking certifications are desirable.
• Experience with scripting or automation is desirable.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning new technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Microsoft cloud environments, networking, and security solutions.
• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure, security, and monitoring.
• Create scripts and automate cloud deployments and reporting, particularly within SharePoint.
• Configure, maintain, and update firewalls, routers, and network security.
• Act as the technical escalation point for firewall and cloud networking queries.
• Work alongside support engineers to deliver outstanding service and continuous improvement.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and become their go-to technical contact.
• Work with third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage equipment ordering, provisioning, and deployment.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, new product releases, and industry best practice.

We are a growing technology business based in South West London, offering an office-based role for 40 hours per week.
