Product Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 3+ years of product management experience.
• We require 1+ year of AI product management experience.
• You should have some ability to code.
• You should have experience working with LLMs in a natural language application.
• Experience in the legal field is nice to have.
• B2C experience is nice to have.

Responsibilities:

• We want you to translate real user conversations and legal workflows into structured product logic.
• You will analyse user conversations to identify patterns, edge cases, and decision points.
• You will convert legal reasoning into structured workflows such as decision trees and logic flows.
• You will help design and refine prompts used in legal workflows.
• You will test and iterate on AI behaviour.
• You will consider different models and help reduce token spend.
• You will gather and define product requirements from legal use cases, data, and user conversations.
• You will design and structure AI workflows and internal systems.
• You will work with developers to improve existing systems.
• You will collaborate directly with lawyers, developers, and product marketing.
• You will act as a translator between users and development.
• You will own the rollout of new features.
• You will review usage data and suggest amendments.
• You will provide internal training on how features work.
• You will suggest and measure UX improvements.
