Technical Support Agent

Salary: £24,784 - 26,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need you to work from our office in Bury town centre, Manchester.
• You must be able to communicate fluently.
• You should be confident using technology.
• You should be comfortable handling enquiries by phone, online chat, social media and email.
• Knowledge of Freshdesk would be a plus.
• A willingness to learn basic coding concepts is helpful, although no coding knowledge is required.
• We are looking for someone with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:

• We will rely on you to provide exemplary customer support.
• You will resolve customer queries, including those of a technical nature.
• You will handle enquiries across phone, online chat, social media and email.
• You will support our growing client base across our trading hours and shift patterns.

We are growing our Manchester-based customer service team and offer a full-time, permanent in-person role with a competitive salary of £24,784 to £26,000 per year.
