Job Description

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Experience with Epicor BisTrack or similar ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience providing ERP support
  • Reporting skills, with Crystal Reports preferred
  • Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements
  • Understanding of business processes
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support existing data, reporting, and ERP systems
  • Act as the ERP SME within our business
  • Ensure business continuity, reliability, and day-to-day usability of our systems
  • Take ownership of our internal ERP systems
  • Keep ERP, reporting, and operational data systems running smoothly
