Senior Business Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of business analysis methods with experience in a large, complex organization.
• Extensive skills and experience in business process mapping using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in engaging with and influencing a range of stakeholders, including senior level.

Responsibilities:

• Support, deliver, and develop an integrated approach linking strategic objectives with program and project delivery.
• Apply expert business analysis capabilities to strategic programs and projects.
• Work with and influence senior stakeholders on portfolio scoping, composition, and analysis.
• Manage benefits management and options analyses, providing relevant portfolio data.
• Support good governance, effective resource allocation, and comprehensive risk management.
• Lead business analysis activities within the program team, establishing clarity, making recommendations, and managing BA work planning.
