UX Designer

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven UX experience
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles
• Experience conducting usability testing and applying findings to improve designs
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces with minimal supervision
• Experience contributing to design systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Turn user research into actionable designs, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Apply UX best practices to solve complex design challenges across web and mobile platforms
• Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with brand and product guidelines
• Collaborate across teams, participating in workshops, design critiques, and project planning
• Support development teams in bringing designs to life, ensuring high-quality execution
• Help evolve design systems and maintain a cohesive experience across multiple products
