Service Management Specialist

Salary: £24,500 - 42,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Support customers from issue receipt to resolution
• Allocate work and assist engineers for timely updates and SLA compliance
• Monitor systems and manage tickets in Field Service Lightning
• Provide updates to customers and prioritize faults
• Coordinate engineers and spares, tracking tasks
• Complete maintenance and reporting as needed
• Arrange supplier access as required
