Application Support Specialist

Salary: £37,000 - 68,500 per year

Requirements:

• I am looking for candidates with experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage, Uniplan) for inventory, order processing, or logistics. Exposure to customer support, CRM systems, or operational workflows is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly are necessary. I appreciate a proactive mindset and a willingness to take ownership of support cases. Comfort in a hybrid setup with occasional in-office collaboration is also important.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will be supporting ERP customers via phone, email, and remote access. I will be troubleshooting application issues and escalating them when necessary. Additionally, I will assist with live environments, including upgrades, go-lives, and configuration changes. Collaborating with internal teams on testing, documentation, and product improvement will be a key part of my work. I will strive to build strong relationships with customers and ensure the timely and professional resolution of cases.
