3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience managing and configuring virtualised server environments.
• Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Servers, desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing.
• Experience supporting cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 email environments.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site in our Norwich office.
• Availability for full-time work, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to perform out-of-hours maintenance when needed.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities:

• We act as the highest tier of internal technical support.
• We maintain, secure, and improve our core infrastructure.
• We manage and configure virtualised server environments.
• We administer Windows Servers, desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• We configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and IP routing.
• We support cloud-based Microsoft Office 365 email environments.
• We carry out out-of-hours maintenance when required.
