Aufgaben
- Beratung und Betreuung von Neu- und Bestandskunden
- Aktiver Vertrieb unserer Dienstleistungen/Produkte
- Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft und in organisatorischen Abläufen
- Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung im Team
- Vorbereitung auf Führungsaufgaben und Filialleitung
Qualifikation
- Motivation und Ehrgeiz
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
- Interesse an Vertrieb, Führung und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im Vertrieb ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
