Catalogue&nbsp;Ownership</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own&nbsp;and manage the EMEA hardware product catalogue —&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;accuracy across device models, configurations, lifecycle status, and regional availability</li> </ul> <p><strong>Global ↔ Regional&nbsp;Hardware&nbsp;Liaison</strong></p> <ul> <li>Champion&nbsp;EMEA's voice in global hardware strategy — feeding&nbsp;market&nbsp;insights into the roadmap&nbsp;that reflect field intelligence, customer requirements, and competitive&nbsp;dynamics,&nbsp;&nbsp;briefing&nbsp;stakeholders on updates, and sharing pipeline visibility to keep cross-functional teams aligned.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Regulatory &amp; Reliability</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Escalation Support&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>KPIs &amp; Reporting</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Define and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the regional hardware scorecard — catalogue accuracy, certification cycle time, NPI readiness, time-to-market on new SKUs, and field reliability KPIs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver a regular hardware operating review to EMEA Product, Sales, and CS leadership; surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed from the global team.&nbsp;</li> <li>Define and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the EMEA hardware scorecard (certification NPI readiness,), and&nbsp;deliver regular operating reviews to Product&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;leadership.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><span style="color: #236fa1;">Required Skills and Experience we desire</span></h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related technical role within the payments or fintech industry; Senior PM level or equivalent.&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in card-present payment environments — POS hardware, payment terminals, EMV certification,&nbsp;processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Direct familiarity with payment terminal hardware ecosystems; experience with Verifone or a competing hardware vendor strongly preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage a product catalogue or portfolio across SKU lifecycle, pricing coordination, and regional availability.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to drive outcomes across Product, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and CS without direct authority.&nbsp;</li> <li>Customer-facing credibility: comfortable presenting hardware roadmaps and product positions to enterprise customers, partners, and senior internal stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent written communication skills; able to produce clear regional POVs, competitive briefs, and executive-level summaries.&nbsp;</li> <li>Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><span style="color: #236fa1;">Desirable Skills and Experience</span></h2> <ul> <li>Deep familiarity with Verifone's hardware portfolio () and software platform (Payment Applications, Gateways).&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with&nbsp;certification processes for payment devices, including modem qualification and network sunset planning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Background in pre-production hardware evaluation, sample management, or New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience supporting enterprise Sales teams with technical RFP responses, demo programmes, and hardware-level competitive positioning.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prior experience working within a global product organisation with regional go-to-market responsibilities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with Android-based payment device platforms, including PSDK, MPoC/SoftPOS, or PCI PTS certification processes.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="color: #236fa1;">Our Commitment</span></h2> <p>Verifone is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
