👀 The Role

Title: Product Designer - Casino

Team: Product

Location: United Kingdom, Remote

As a Product Designer in our Casino Design team, you’ll help shape the future of Midnite’s casino experience across both content and product. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality casino game artwork and visual assets, including static imagery, animations, and videos, while also contributing to new casino features, product journeys, and user experiences.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, CRM, Marketing, and the wider Design team to create engaging, intuitive, and commercially impactful casino experiences for our players.

You Will:

• Create compelling casino game artwork, promotional visuals, static imagery, animations, and video assets that feel distinctly Midnite.

• Design player-facing casino experiences across discovery, game pages, promotions, journeys, and new product features.

• Translate product opportunities, user needs, and business goals into clear, polished design solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through delivery, ensuring design intent is carried through into the final experience.

• Support the evolution of Midnite’s Casino visual language, helping us build experiences that feel modern, premium, and easy to understand.

• Prototype and communicate design ideas clearly using visuals, motion, interaction flows, and written rationale.

• Balance creative quality with speed, using feedback, data, and experimentation to improve casino experiences over time.

• Work across multiple formats and surfaces, from in-product journeys to campaign and promotional creative.

The Next Midniter:

• Has 2+ years’ experience in product design, visual design, motion design, game art, or a closely related discipline.

• Has a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, creative thinking, and polished work across product design, game art, motion, or campaign creative.

• Has a strong eye for composition, typography, colour, layout, and brand expression.

• Has experience creating static imagery, animations, and/or video assets for digital products, campaigns, games, or entertainment brands.

• Is proficient in modern design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite; experience with generative AI tools, After Effects, Rive, Lottie, or similar is a strong plus.

• Understands product design fundamentals, including user journeys, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.

• Collaborates openly with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, and other designers, communicating decisions and rationale clearly.

• Brings energy, taste, curiosity, and a high bar for craft to the Casino Design team.

• Has an interest in casino, gaming, entertainment, sports betting, or consumer products and is excited to help define what a modern casino experience should feel like.
