Vice President of Global Operations
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Global Operations to lead and optimize our global operational functions. This executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, ensuring scalability, and aligning global processes with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global operations strategy and ensure alignment with company goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations across regions, functions, and business units.
Improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
Develop and implement scalable processes, policies, and operating models.
Monitor key performance indicators and use data to drive decision-making.
Manage operational risk, compliance, and business continuity.
Support global expansion, transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen organizational execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, business operations, or related functions.
Proven leadership experience in a global or multi-site environment.
Strong background in process improvement, operational planning, and cross-functional execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, technology, consumer goods, healthcare, retail, or other complex global businesses.
Familiarity with operational transformation, digital tools, and performance management systems.
Demonstrated success in scaling operations across multiple geographies.
