About The Role 🚀

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing Bigblue’s key accounts — some of the most promising European D2C brands — and play a central role in their success.

Location: Paris 9th, France (Hybrid)

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Build strong, long-term partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact
  • Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants
  • Deliver customer excellence
  • Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements
  • Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends
  • Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall customer experience
  • Grow hand-in-hand
  • Contribute to our merchants’ strategic development and identify their metrics that drive growth
  • Identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
  • Suggest out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing merchants
  • Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to address customer needs and unlock value

    • You would be a great fit if this sounds like you:
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer-facing roles, including experience in logistics, fulfilment, e-commerce, or a related industry
  • Native-level French and professional proficiency in English
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven, with solid Excel skills and experience presenting actionable insights during business reviews
  • Commercially minded, with strong problem-solving, prioritisation, and strategic-thinking skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, adaptable, and eager to deepen your logistics expertise
  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, have founded a startup or a company in the past
  • You're passionate about digital and making life simpler with technology
  • You like solving new problems and are never settling for how something "has always been done"
  •  You speak another language (Spanish, German
